International jazz saxophonist and multi instrumentalist Eyal Aizic has toured, preformed and shared the stage with some of the finest musicians in contemporary music.

 

Born in Rehovot, Israel, Eyal started to play the saxophone at the age of 12. While studying in the local conservatory he played regularly in his high school band and many of the conservatory's youth orchestras and big bands. By the age of 17 he already toured Hungary and United States with those bands.

 

At the age of 18 Eyal join the I.D.F. During that time he played in different orchestras and big bands such as: The Rehovot Big Band, the Israeli Kibbutz Symphony Orchestra and the Rishon Lezion Orchestra. With them he had the privilege to preform at the president house in Jerusalem.

 

At the age of 21 he was accepted to the esteemed "Rimon, the School of Jazz and Contemporary Music", and study jazz performance with some of the best musicians in the country. At "Rimon" he was offered to play in the finest ensembles and also joined the Holon Big Band. With them he toured extensively in Israel and played in some of the country’s renowned venues and festivals such as: Holon Woman Festival, Tel Aviv White Night Festival and Shablul Jazz Club, to name a few.

 

In 2008 Eyal attended the “Berklee-Rimon Workshops for Outstanding Musicians” at the “Red Sea Jazz Festival” and won a scholarship for the prestigious "Berklee College of Music". He moved to Boston to finish his music degree at Berklee, where he played and studied with some of the most acclaimed musicians today, such as: George Garzone, Greg Osby, Hal Crook, Darren Barret and David Santoro. He graduated in 2011, Bachelor of Music in Performance, Summa Cum Laude.

 

After his graduation Eyal joined a Royal Caribbean's Orchestra as a lead saxophone, flute and clarinet player and with them he played all around Europe, Australia, North America and South America.

In 2014 Eyal came back to Israel and since then he played regularly in theater shows such as: Chaplin, A Chorus Line, Saturday Night Fever, Funny Girl, Young Frankenstein, 

All Shook Up and more.
He also shared the stage with Israel's best
singers such as:
Rami Kleinstein, Keren Peles, Eliad Nachum, Ilanit, Boaz Sharabi and more.
